Before you start
GPU stress tests can significantly increase GPU load, temperature, power draw and fan speed.
Stop the test if your system becomes unstable, overheats, crashes or behaves unexpectedly. Do not run extreme tests on hardware with known cooling problems. This website cannot guarantee hardware safety.
This is a deliberately punishing test. It can push your GPU to its thermal and power limits for minutes.
- Laptops: plug in the charger and make sure the vents are clear.
- Make sure your GPU is cooled properly. Do not run this with known fan or cooling problems.
- Save your work and close other important tabs. A weak or overheated GPU can make the screen flicker or the graphics driver reset, which may close apps.
- You can stop at any time with the Stop button or the Escape key. The test also stops itself if frames take more than two seconds.
Long run: this test keeps the GPU busy for five minutes or more, so your computer will get warm. Laptops should be plugged in. You can stop at any time with the Stop button.

About this test
Escalates texture memory up to a safe budget and reports how much your browser could allocate before the cap. It is a quick way to see whether the GPU has room to work with large textures.
Browsers do not expose exact VRAM, and this probe stops at a conservative limit. It is not a memory diagnostic and cannot find faulty memory cells.
How to read the results
The headline figure is the amount the browser could allocate before the cap or an allocation failure. A larger number is better, but the browser may cap it below the real VRAM. A sharp slowdown part-way through suggests the textures no longer fit in fast memory. Integrated GPUs share system memory, so their figure depends on how much RAM is free.
Frequently asked questions
Does it measure my exact VRAM?
No. It reports what the browser could allocate, which can be lower than the real amount.
Why did it fail early?
Other tabs and apps may be holding video memory. Close them and try again.
Can it harm my GPU?
No. It only creates textures within a safe budget.
Why is the result different on the same card between runs?
Free memory changes with other programs, so results vary.
